I think the thing most impressive about buying our home was how well we were treated.  We were referred by Trent and Doneen Peterson (my daughter and son-in-law worked with Linda on the purchase of their home) who had such positive comments about their service and we just had to talk to them. 

We were treated just like we were their friends.  Mike took us to every house in the Twin Cities in our price range.  Just when we were at the point of waiting for more homes to come on the market, Mike suggested one more area.  When we were in the neighborhood we saw the Open House sign for a new listing and Mike took us through.  That was the one. 

After that everything went very smoothly and very quickly. Everything was explained clearly and completely.  Again, we were treated like their friends and not just clients.

Thank you so much for helping us get into our first real home!  We are loving it - it truly feels like home for us.  We've painted, replaced carpet, added a laminate floor to the kitchen, Steve has his workshop all set up, we've hung clothes on the line, grilled out, played in the yard, and on Monday I started my first garden.  This is all we were hoping for and more, so thank you for all of your efforts to make this work for us.  We appreciate it so much.
